2.- Shop and Alert

Shop

Select the stores and brands of your choice. With your SKYBOX addresses you can now buy as if you lived in the USA or Europe. SKYBOX gives you a wide selection of stores to buy from, click here.

When you buy online and are asked for your shipping address, you must use the addresses SKYBOX has provided you. If you have questions, go to My SKYBOX / My addresses, you will always have the information you need at hand.

You must enter your personal SKYBOX address, including your Suite number. when the store asks you for an address associated with your credit card (billing address). Enter the address and telephone number of your home, in your country, since for security measures the merchant will verify these credentials with the issuing bank of your card and match them to what you have provided. SKYBOX advises you to ask your bank to add your SKYBOX Personal Address in Miami with your Suite number as an alternative address. This simple step will further help facilitate your purchases in the USA and Europe.

Pre-Alert

To speed up the process of our reception of your packages, use the SKYBOX pre-alert. Attach the shipment reference number (tracking number) that the postal service has assigned to your package during it’s course to your SKYBOX Personal Address in the USA or Europe.

3.- Control your shipments

Configure your Shipping Method and Customs preferences

When SKYBOX receives your packages in each of its stores, it will process them immediately using the default shipping method that you have configured in your account.

1. . Enter the My Shipments section and click on the green warehouse icon at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Select the warehouse you want to configure.
3. Select the default shipment option for your future shipments and click on the Save selection button.

From that moment on, that shipping and customs method will be the configuration used for the packages of that warehouse.

Package Consolidation

1.- Activate your consolidation

By activating the SKYBOX Consolidation you can make many purchases in different stores in the USA and Europe and send them in only one shipment. If you make unbound shipments we will charge you the shipping for each one, instead if you activate the consolidation we charge you for a single shipment.

Enter the My Shipments section and click on the Consolidate option. The status of your consolidation will be displayed, initially it will appear disabled. Change the switch to activate your consolidation.

From that moment on, all your packages will wait for you to consolidate or consolidate automatically on the indicated date.

2.- Consolidate your packages

You can group all your packages in one shipment.

• . Enter the My Shipments section, click on the Consolidate option , select the packages you wish to ship in a single package and click on the Calculate button.
• Select the type of shipping and customs payment of your choice and click on the Consolidate button.

From that moment on all selected packages will be sent to your country within the next few days.

4.- Receive at home
